Meditiation techniques

1.

Ground yourself by sitting quietly in an undisturbed place, and close your eyes. Imagine roots growing from your feet going downwards deep into the Earth, collecting pure crystal water and bringing it back to your body on each in-breath.

2.

Cleanse yourself by calling on St. Germain, the Keeper of the Violet Flame, and imagine yourself being bathed in violet light. Allow the light to enter your crown chakra, cleansing your inner body. Allow it to flow out through your feet, and up again in a circular movement to re-enter the crown chakra.

3.

Call now on the Angel of Unconditional Love - DUSCHA and imagine yourself being showered with pink light for as long as you feel necessary.

4.

Call now on the Angel of Nature, Mother Natura, and allow this beautiful serene Angel to enclose you in bright green light for as long as you feel necessary.

5.

Call now on the Turquoise Angel. Imagine yourself in a six-pointed star and fill it with turquoise light.

With all these colours and forms around you, form a large pyramid around yourself in a crystal of your own choosing (e.g. crystal quartz, rose quartz, amethyst, diamond, citrine, carneol, malachite ... etc.)
Imagine now 3 cosmic colours of peach, pur- pur and magenta entering through the tip of the pyramid.

Allow now an imaginary thin layer of GOLD to flow down each of the four sides of your pyramid, including the base of the pyramid. The pyramid is totally enclosed in GOLD. Now say to yourself: "I can live and breathe easily within my protective pyramid. I allow only energies of the highest order to enter my space - Energies that serve me. All other energies that do not serve me get returned to sender with unconditional LOVE."

The Earth and the Heavens send out rays to which people, animals and plants are exposed, and it is now recognised by scientists that they affect the behaviour of living things and their state of health.
Earth rays are a combination of rays and different waves. Waves are the crucial part of the energy between the Cosmos and the Earth and form a regular energy field which is concentrated over displacements, underground water sources, faults and cavities, but also over ore and Radon deposits, similar to the concentration of the sun's rays in a magnifying glass. Illness often occurs when a person spends any length of time above earth ray concentrations. This is mainly the case in bed, and can lead to blockages in the system over a period of time, according to intensity of the rays.

If certain channels of the body are blocked, this can lead to illness. An indication of radiation can be disturbed sleep, irritability, nosebleeds, headaches to mention but a few, and other more severe illnesses. Thes rays affect the glands of the brain, especially the hypothallamus, upsetting the hormonal balance of the individual.
